We offer a remote processing and coding service of inbound letters for GP surgeries across the country.
What is it like to work with Virprac?
In one word, amazing! Virprac was setup to deliberately be disruptive and transform how administrative work is completed in GP surgeries. In the last 12 months alone, we have had nearly 10 times increase in the number of patients whose clinical correspondence has been moved from the traditional inhouse model to Virprac. We are an in-demand service and have practices queuing up to come onboard, there has never been a better time to join us.
All new starters go through a comprehensive training program, even if you have experience in clinical coding or the systems being used, this is to ensure you understand the ‘Virprac way’ which is based on best practices and NHS guidelines.
Being disruptive towards tradition doesn’t just apply to the services we offer, as a 7-day service we don’t stick to the standard Monday – Friday 9-5 pattern either. People have lives outside of work and we like to give people the freedom to work when is best for both of us. Our offices are spacious and modern and always have a very calm and quiet atmosphere. Patient safety is paramount to us, and you will be left to complete work to the best of your abilities without interruption.

Virprac offers salary sacrifice for childcare vouchers; cycle to work schemes etc. There is an option to purchase additional annual leave and 3 days per year are given to allow colleagues to carry out charity or environmental work.

What skills do I need?
A background in Administration, preferably Medical Administration, knowledge of SystmOne or EMISweb is desirable, and you must be able to pass enhanced security checks.
