Recruit4Good was established to provide recruitment services and a job board as a charity so as to provide business with a means of supporting the community via the "business as usual" expense of recruitment. This provides business with a means of attracting, recruiting and retaining high calibre, highly engaged talent, whilst reducing the cost of recruitment and generating donations to help resolve mental health and addiction across our North East community.
This in turn generates positive publicity for business, assists with staff retention, supports business growth and provides a new pathway to achieving competitive advantage. It also provides a new, proven and previously untapped source of fundraising for Anxious Minds and its charity partners.
